Is Personal Development a Scam?

by Brian on

This is a controversial video with Mark Hansen arguing if personal development is indeed a scam and the chicken soup for the soul books are just to make money.

Will love to hear your thoughts on this one.

This is so stupid. How many things in life (other than aging) are truly permanent? Claiming that motivation is irrelevant is like claiming that skin moisturizers don’t have their benefits. The moisturizer will fade eventually but you’re still better off than the scaly, ashy, dry person walking down the streets. Good for people that think they have life figured out but the rest of us appreciate the presence of a positive speaker encouraging us to live life well. Many people don’t like hearing te truth so it won’t surprise me if this comment never gets approved
