About Brian

Ok I am sure you would like to know a little about me. This is a brief introduction. This page will be updated as time passes. My name is Brian Ramdhan and I am from the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago. If you are wondering how I got into self development I will give you a brief idea.

It all started in around 2003. I remember that on that particular day in 2003 (I cannot remember the exact date), I was feeling rather depressed after hearing some bad news. I was walking in the city, when I decided to go into a book store. I decided that I will buy myself a joke book in order to cheer me up…lol. (By the way I am a big fan of jokes). While looking through the books on the shelf, there was one particular book that caught my attention and I decided to pick it up and read the back cover. I saw on the front cover that it had over 15 million copies sold. This book had captured my attention!!! Instead of buying a joke book, I decided to purchase this book. I know that by now you are probably wondering what is the name of that book. The book I purchased and up to this day I will never regret that decision is ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People‘ by Dale Carnegie!!!

This book was the start of my journey into Self Development. When I read that book I was totally amazed and I’ve never heard of such simple concepts explained so easily. After that I decided to invest in more books by different authors and even in cd’s and dvds and I am continuously learning more and more each day on how to be a better person.

So I am a person who is still on this journey and I want to take you along for the ride as well so that you can grow as well. While I must admit that I have not ‘arrived’ as yet, my journey into self development has helped me a whole lot and has allowed me to even assist other people who are interested in changing their lives. I am now a Youth Pastor in my church where I motivate youths to live a better life, I was able to acquire my degree in Computer Information Systems and I am now currently employed as an ICT Technician in a School and now each and every day I am growing as an individual and trying to make a difference one life at a time!!!
